Applications Submission Instructions:
Electronic Applications are due by Wednesday 3/13/2019. Twelve (12) hard copies must be received by Wednesday 3/13/2019 without exception. Hard copies can be mailed or delivered to The Community Foundation office.
You will have the opportunity to start and stop your application as well as review it prior to submission. If you save your work, you will be emailed a link each time that you will need to continue writing your proposal.
*** Caution: Save your work as you proceed through the application. You can edit it at any time prior to submitting it. The system may time out if left unattended. We do not want you to lose your hard work so please save as you go. Your application is password protected. Please refer to your email for your password.

NOTE: There is a space for signatures at the end of the application. The original application must be signed by the executive leadership of the organization including the Executive Director / CEO, Program Manager, and the Board Chair or President. If this is a joint application, it must be signed by representatives from both / all organizations.
